Your designs or ours?
Do you already
have plans? Let us give you a competitive quote for building your
structure. If not, let us have an idea or sketch of what you want - we
can provide you with a floor plan and quotation. Planning approvals - we
can arrange for plans to be drawn/submitted to Town and Country, for
modest fees, we take the stress from construction, from your project
start to turning the key in your new "custom-designed" home. "Fully
completed" is what we say and mean: including foundations, walls,
nice-profile roofing, windows, all plumbing and electrical fixtures and
fittings, kitchen and bedroom cabinets/closets; ceramic floor tiles - we
even include light bulbs, toilet seats, full paint and your front door
key - turn it and move in with your furniture.
Optional Extras are virtually unlimited, we
can supply and install: septic tank sewage systems; security grilles for
doors/windows; roof mounted solar water heaters of various sizes to
suit; guttering; furniture packages and much more - we can even make you
a solar oven for your garden - please note that all of our off-plan
designs may be altered/enlarged to suit your needs.

**Prices shown are
current for 2005, based on accessible sites with simple foundations
(although we can help if your site is steeply graded etc) and are for
illustration purposes. We aim to build homes for approximately US$33-50
per square foot for a good quality finish, which contrasts highly
favourably with traditional local builders whose recent fees, including
materials, range from around US$75-110+ per square foot - a saving to
you of at least 100% in costs, compared with traditional building
methods, and many months in construction time. Our prices include all
labour to construct, materials and are subject to 15% VAT. All you need
to provide is water and power to your site, secure site storage
(although we can help with these if necessary - just ask us) and utility
connections to the completed building. Please do not hesitate to contact
