DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL

The property is on a corner site, with grounds falling towards Grafton bay which affords beautiful views. This is the most sought after location on the Island. A plan is available showing the extent of the boundaries, and also the proposed development alongside the existing hotel which would be on three storeys, with swimming pool and car parking. An application was made and planning permission granted based on the plans. However an appeal was lodged shortly afterwards to increase the number of apartments and this appeal has been successful. The planning permission granted makes the development eligible for the Tax Breaks described earlier.

There are several possibilities open to the development of the property.
