super-cool insulated design. They boast fully fitted bathrooms and
kitchenette, ensuite private bathroom with shower, hot & cold water,
WC, mirror and face basin.

The studio style cottages are
suitable for couples or up to 4 family members.
The fully furnished studio cottages
include a double bed, dining table & chairs, gas cooker with oven,
cooking/eating utensils refrigerator, iron & ironing board. The
Louvre windows with insect screens offer through ventilation by
cooling tradewinds (we call it “a/a/c” or “Atlantic
air-conditioning”!) and highly insulated roof guarantees a cool
environment. Security system, Satelite TV and Wireless high speed
internet access is available from anywhere on the property. Included
in the price (if desired) is the resort website, all forward paid
bookings and goodwill.
The 2-bedroom cottage is also fully
furnished and air-conditioned and there is lots of room for
additions.
There is a spacious elevated sea
view sundeck with an 18’ circular leisure pool , sun loungers,
hammock, table, chairs, sunshade & barbecue.
A shallow 3’ deep pool plus
children's playground with slide, swings and more, tucked away
in a quiet corner of the grounds is also included. The fully
fenced grounds are gated and secure.
