Villa are generously sized and have vaulted ceilings. A small maid's
room, gardener's room and laundry alcove off the kitchen are located on
the 'road' side of the Villa.
The Living and dining area faces the open view (as does the
kitchen) and opens out into a covered porch via series of double doors.
The Living/ Dining area and porch are several steps lower than
the bedrooms, kitchen, small study and hallway, with the study having a
small bathroom adjustment to it which doubles as a powder room. This
study can also be utilized as a small TV Room or as back up temporary
accommodation. A double porte cochere to this front of the house can act
as a carport.
The Developer requires a US $10,000 reservation fee, 10% on
exchange and 30 days notice for completion on all properties.
