Exceptionally adaptable, beautifully furnished and fully equipped villa featuring two double air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor (both with ceiling fans), an air-conditioned double en-suite bedroom on the ground floor and a small air-conditioned apartment (known as "Kids-Kingdom") on the lower ground floor which is accessible only from the garden.

There is a spacious lounge-dining room with cable TV, DVD and CD players, a large well equipped eat-in kitchen separate toilet/powder room, shower room and washing/utility room all on the ground floor. The main patio is home to a gas fired barbeque and dining suite. The 30 foot freeform swimming pool is on a slightly lower level and is surrounded by a low fence and gates enabling concerned parents to stop non-swimmer children from straying. The gardens are a riot of colour and contain orange, lemon, lime, mango and avocado trees from which our guests may help themselves according to season.

"Heliconia Villa" is situated about a 3 minute drive from an excellent super-market and 2 minutes from "Me-Shells" restaurant which offers a comprehensive menu. It is within a few minutes drive of some of the finest beaches in the Caribbean, five minutes from the famous Mt Irvine Golf Course and ten minutes from Plantation Golf Course.
