Exceptionally adaptable, beautifully furnished and fully equipped villa featuring two double air-conditioned en- suite bedrooms on the upper floor (both with ceiling fans), an air-conditioned double en-suite bedroom on the ground floor and a small self-contained apartment (known as "Kids-Kingdom") which is also air-conditioned and equipped with cable TV on the lower ground floor which is accessible only from the garden.

There is a spacious lounge-dining room with cable TV, DVD and CD players, a large well equipped eat-in kitchen separate toilet/powder room, shower room and washing/utility room all on the ground floor. The main patio is home to a gas fired barbeque and dining suite. The 30 foot freeform swimming pool is on a slightly lower level and is surrounded by a low fence and gates enabling concerned parents to stop non-swimmer children from straying. The gardens are a riot of colour and contain orange, lemon, lime, mango and avocado trees from which our guests may help themselves according to season.

"Heliconia Villa" is situated about a 3 minute drive from an excellent super-market and 2 minutes from "Me-Shells" restaurant which offers a comprehensive menu. It is within a few minutes drive of some of the finest beaches in the Caribbean, five minutes from the famous Mt Irvine Golf Course and ten minutes from Plantation Golf Course.

Heliconia can be rented as a one bedroom villa (sleeps 2) lower level only

Two bedroom (sleeps 4) upper level bedrooms

or 3 bedrooms on both levels (sleeps 6)

The additional apartment with a separate entrance can be rented for larger groups (sleeps 5)
