Located on a cool quiet hill at Bacolet Point, a lovely residential area within walking distance to 3 lovely beaches on the Atlantic coast and the town of Scarborough. A 15-minute drive to the nearest golf course and 20 minutes to the Airport.

Malindi can be rented as a 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 6), 2-bedroom villa (sleeps 4) or 1-bedroom apartment (sleeps 2). If the main 2-bedroom villa is rented, the separate 1-bedroom apartment downstairs will not be rented in order to ensure complete privacy for our guests.

MALINDI – 2-BEDROOM MAIN HOUSE (UPPER LEVEL)

  • Caribbean style split level villa featuring lovely cathedral beamed ceilings, teak hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles throughout. The spacious lounge and dining area is surrounded by three sets of double French doors leading out to a large breezy wrap-around verandah offering breathtaking ocean views! An ideal setting for outdoor dining while watching the lighted cruise ships sailing towards the Island.
  • The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances. A unique "barn door" leads to the wrap-around verandah allowing one to enjoy the scenic view even while preparing culinary delights!
  • The two air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper level feature double French doors, each leading to small private balconies. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and offers a spectacular view of the ocean. A second bathroom serves the other bedroom which features 2 twin beds. There is also a handy guest powder room. The laundry/utility room is conveniently adjacent to the bedrooms.

Situated on the lower level with a separate entrance is the delightful self contained apartment featuring 1 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, equipped kitchenette and lounge with walk out to an adjoining patio also offering splendid views of the ocean and surrounding garden!
  • The air-conditioned bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.
  • The compact kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge/gas stove/toaster/kettle/crockery/cutlery and basic kitchen utensils
  • The living/dining area is fitted with a ceiling fan and opens onto a covered verandah offering spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding garden
  • Swimming pool
