Villa Nirvana is ideally located on Tobago’s beautiful Caribbean coast on a flat ridge on a private resort with 17 similar properties and 7 larger Villas with an unobstructed panoramic view to the Caribbean Sea and a 250 acre Bird Sanctuary on the opposite side. Situated about fifteen minutes from the Airport.

A 10-minute walk to excellent beaches with water sports available at Grafton and Mt. Irvine beaches, fine restaurants and a 18 hole Championship Golf Course. In the evening you can absorb the romantic sunsets whilst enjoying a cool drink in your private plunge pool.

	All 3 bedrooms air conditioned with ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. Master bedroom: (23'x12') or (7.7m x 3.5m) on the first floor. Furnished with a king sized bed, wicker day bed and chair for your relaxation. The second bedroom (16'x13') or (5m x 4.2m) is on the same floor as the Master bedroom. Furnished with a queen sized bed and two comfortable wicker chairs. Both upper bedrooms have Juliet balconies which overlook Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea. The third bedroom is on the ground floor (16'x13') or (5m x 4.2m) with two double beds, a writing table and two chairs. Bedroom opens out to a covered deck.
	Living room features Caribbean-style furniture carefully handcrafted by local tradesmen. Cushions are large and extremely comfortable.
	Dining room has an oval table with six chairs made from locally grown cypre hardwood. White tiled floors and white walls provide a feeling of comfort and serenity.
	Fully equipped kitchen comes with 30" Electric Range, 16 cu ft Frost-free refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave oven, 10 Speed Blender, 10 cup Coffee Maker, Toaster, Hand Mixer, George Foreman Grill.
	Linens, bath and beach towels are provided
	Remote controlled Cable TV, mini stereo C/D cassette system, beach chairs, coolers and gas barbeque grill
