The villa features 4 generous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and have ceiling fans and open onto private verandahs with wonderful sea views. There are 2 king size beds, 1 queen size bed and 2 single beds.

The spacious outdoor patio and dining area opens onto the wooden pool deck & lily pond and two infinity swimming pools. Steps leads down to another deck and small jetty at sea level. The villa sits on one acre of professionally landscaped gardens.

The lower level has a self-contained apartment with a sitting room, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area with a queen-size bed.

Fully equipped with all amenities and maid service included six days per week.

The nearest beach is a 5-minute drive and 20 minutes to the airport, shops and restaurants.

Villa Soleil is ideal for couples or families and can be rented as a 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedroom with the apartment. Sleeps up to a total of 10 guests.
