An imposing deluxe three bedroom villa, located in the quiet residential area of Bon Accord offering privacy yet only 10 minutes drive to major beaches on the Caribbean coast, restaurants and shops.

Villa de Lena is set on 1 acre of land. The swimming pool and quiet surroundings offer an atmosphere of complete rest and relaxation!

The villa features a tastefully decorated formal living room and separate dining room as well as a family/entertainment room to relax and enjoy TV and music. A small study and wash room is also located on the main level.

The spacious open style kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a large refrigerator, deep freeze with ice machine, dishwasher, stove & oven, coffee brewer, toaster etc. There is a separate laundry room with washer & dryer.

The sweeping staircase leads to three air conditioned bedrooms and a balcony which overlooks the grounds. The master bedroom walks out to its own private balcony, also featuring an ensuite bathroom and fitted with a queen size bed and a standing fan. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom and each are fitted with two single beds (which can also be joined as a double bed). 3 extra cots are available for children if necessary.

In addition, the villa comes with direct dialing telephone, (a deposit is required for long distance calls) cable television, radio/CD player, fax machine, PC and internet connection is available. A large gas BBQ. a cooler, 3 bicycles, a chess board and dart board are also provided.

Daily Maid service as required by the guests. Cooking, babysitting, shopping and personal laundry are provided at an extra cost.
